I will provide the requested information for treating a client with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).

Narcissistic Personality Disorder is a mental disorder characterized by a grandiose sense of self-importance, a need for admiration and a lack of empathy for others. The DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria for NPD include having an exaggerated sense of self-importance, a preoccupation with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty or ideal love, a belief that they are special and can only be understood by others who are special or high status, a need for excessive admiration, a sense of entitlement, exploitative behaviors, a lack of empathy and envious of others or believes others are envious of them.
