You will select one theory of psychotherapy studied in Units 1–4 (psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, Adlerian, Gestalt, existential, or person-centered) to describe and analyze. You will then apply the theory to The Case of Margarita, Part 1 case study. You may also choose one primary theory and integrate concepts from one other theory. The areas you should focus when analyzing the theory are listed below.
