Interpolate the X,Y,Z Coordinates of Satellites Using Nevilles Algorithm

Question description

I need to interpolate the x,y,z coordinates of satellites between 15 minute (900 seconds) epochs. I have the coordinates at the start of each 900 seconds. I need to use a method of interpolation (preferably nevilles algorithm) in order to do this. The interpolated coordinates should be broken down into 30 second epochs.I am using Scilab to solve this problem. I have posted a copy of the SP3 file which contains the coordinates. The first row stands for the yyyymmdd and time which is at 12 midnight. Each subsequent row represents the satellite number and the x,y,z coordinates. The other numbers that complete the row may be ignored for this purposes. PG01 tp PG32 are the satellites. The row after PG32 represents the next epoch at 900seconds.
