Fiduciary DutiesJimmy is the CEO of News Corp. His son, Johnny, runs Television Inc.  One day Jimmy suggests that Johnny sell Television Inc. to News Corp.   Jimmy and Johnny work together to radically inflate the value of Television Inc.
