Part B follows the same structure as Part A. However, it has a higher weighting and is twice the length of the Part A submission. We have structured it this way to enable you to incorporate the feedback from Part A in your Part B submission.

The other difference between Part A and Part B is that you are required to provide a small review of the theory underlying the tutorial task you choose to focus on. You then utilise this review to inform your self-reflection. That is, you need to explicitly discuss how the theory has impacted on your reflection process. Also, please note that there are three criteria being assessed in Part B:

 STEP 1: Reflective Journal

Starting in week 6, you will need to do one reflective journal entry every week finishing in week 12, except in week 8 as that week’s tutorial content (Case study overview) is not suitable for a reflective journal. We recommend that you do the six reflective journal entries, but you are not required to submit these. Write one to two paragraphs each week reflecting on the tutorial learning activities. We suggest you use the Describe, Interpret, and Outcome process for your weekly reflections.

STEP 2: Reflection Report

Select one of the four journal entries (from tutorials 5,7,8 and 9; Topics include: Signature strengths, Stress, Knowledge management/creativity and Leadership) and elaborate it into a 1000 word reflection report using the Describe, Interpret, and Outcome steps.
