Devry busn460 Week 1Team Name and Contract assignment Latest 2016 March

BUSN460 Team Contract
Successful teams begin with guidelines that
help to manage their work. For this class you and your teammates will need to
create a set of rules called a Team Contract. As a team, complete all the
sections listed below to build your Team Contract.
Section I: Team Member
Skill Inventory
Each team member
must complete this section.

What Citation Formats Do You Support?

We hear “Can you write in APA or MLA?” all the time—and the answer’s a big yes, plus way more! Our writers are wizards with every style—APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, Turabian, you name it—delivering flawless formatting tailored to your assignment. Whether it’s a tricky in-text citation or a perfectly styled reference list, they’ve got the skills to make your paper academically spot-on.

Name

Strengths/Contributions

Not so strong areas

Section II: Work Plan
This
section should include a plan for communication and written work.
·
How will the team members share their work?
·
When will all members need to have their part of the project done
so that it can be turned in on time? What will you do if members turn in work
after the deadline?
·
How will you manage team members who do not participate?
·
How will you choose your team leader? What will be the
responsibilities of the team leader?

Are Paper Services Legal?

Yes, completely! They’re a valid tool for getting sample papers to boost your own writing skills, and there’s nothing shady about that. Use them right—like a study guide or a model to learn from—and they’re a smart, ethical way to level up your grades without breaking any rules.

Section III: Conflict Management
This section should include your plan for conflict management.
·
What are potential conflicts that might arise among or between
team members during this course?
·
How do team members agree together that they will deal with these and
other conflicts?

Section
IV: Team Goals
This section should include your team goals.
·
What are your team goals? (These may include project assignment goals, group process goals, quality
level goals, etc.)
·
What are potential barriers to the achievement
of these goals? How will you overcome these potential barriers?
The
team contract must be signed by every member of the team before submitting it
individually to your dropbox.

How Much for a Paper?

Prices start at $10 per page for undergrad work and go up to $21 for advanced levels, depending on urgency and any extras you toss in. Deadlines range from a lightning-fast 3 hours to a chill 14 days—plenty of wiggle room there! Team Video Analysis Report
In preparation for preparing and submitting the team's Final
Project, each week you will create your own consultant's notes as you observe
various CanGo meetings (via the video episodes/cases).
For the week 2 Team report you are to list 6 issues facing CanGo
that you gleaned from the week 1 and 2 videos. They should be prioritized in
order of importance. They should be numbered.
The team must then come up with an actionable recommendation for
each of the issues found. These should also be numbered.

We pair that with top plagiarism tools, free revisions to tweak anything you need, and fast turnarounds that don’t skimp on quality. Your research paper won’t just shine—it’ll set the bar.

What is a progressive delivery and how does it work?

Progressive delivery is a cool option where we send your paper in chunks—perfect for big projects like theses or dissertations. You can even pay for it in installments. It’s just 10% extra on your order price, but the perks are worth it. You’ll stay in closer touch with your writer and can give feedback on each part before they move to the next. That way, you’re in the driver’s seat, making sure everything lines up with what you need. It saves time too—your writer can tweak things based on your notes without having to redo huge sections later.

Week 7 FINAL PRESENTATION (Using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 and Web conferencing)
Each consulting team will submit to the CanGo management team a
definitive presentation addressing CanGo's notable challenges, the team's
recommendations, in priority sequence, with justifications, for how to resolve
the challenges at CanGo. The teams will use the weekly video episodes to
observe the challenges at CanGo, how the personnel are performing, seeing where
there are gaps and/or how their performance as well as that of CanGo's
operations can be enhanced.
The following are the specific features of the Week 7 Final
Presentation:

I received some comments from my teacher. Can you help me with them?

Absolutely! If your teacher’s got feedback, you can request a free revision within 7 days of approving your paper—just hit the revision request button on your personal order page. Want a different writer to take a crack at it? You can ask for that too, though we might need an extra 12 hours to line someone up. After that 7-day window, free revisions wrap up, but you can still go for a paid minor or major revision (details are on your order page). What if I’m not satisfied with my order? If your paper needs some tweaks, you’ve got that free 7-day revision window after approval—just use the “Revision” button on your page. Once those 7 days are up, paid revision options kick in, and the cost depends on how much needs fixing. Chat with our support team to figure out the best way forward. If you feel the writer missed the mark on your instructions and the quality’s off, let us know—we’ll dig in and sort it out. If revisions don’t cut it, you can ask for a refund. Our dispute team will look into it and figure out what we can offer. Check out our money-back guarantee page for the full scoop.

The
instructor will announce the date and time for the Final Presentation
during Week 1. All teams will present in one session lasting approximately
3 hours in Week 7. Similar to any other Final Examination, it is up to you
to be ready to present at the required date and time. Since you will have
almost two months to arrange your schedules, you are expected to do what
it takes to be available to present with your team and attend the entire
session.
The
Final Presentation (PowerPoint 2010 document) must be attached Document
Sharing > Final Reports and Presentations at least 12 hours
prior to the scheduled iConnect presentation time.
All
teams will present during the scheduled final iConnect session.
All
team members must participate in the Web iConnect presentation. Therefore,
you must have a microphone installed and working before the scheduled
start time to join in the delivery of the presentation. (Testing of
microphone and speakers must be completed before the end of Week 6).
Microphones are usually around $8-$10, and are available at Radio Shack,
Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal-Mart, etc.
You
must participate in a practice session in order to test your microphone at
some point between Weeks 2 and 6.
Please
enter the iConnect session at least 10 minutes prior to
the start of your final session!
Each
team will have 15 minutes to present the team's Report.
When
your presentation is concluded, other students and the instructor will ask
questions about your challenges and conclusions (you may defer a specific
question to a teammate who covered that particular element).
Due
to the time constraints, the maximum number of slides is 15.
