PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS IMPROVEMENT OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL LEAGUES

The paper aims to give a comprehensive account of the college soccer athlete’s skills-development processes systems worldwide comparing them to the same processes systems in Russian Federation.
