The paper aims to give a comprehensive account of the college soccer athlete’s skills-development processes systems worldwide comparing them to the same processes systems in Russian Federation. All these methods are set to build up a well-structured understanding of potential improvement scenarios of the soccer college athlete’s development in Russia, taking into account the idiosyncrasy of Russian reality.
