Commercial and Contractual Management of Projects is a module that focuses on the commercial and contractual aspects of project management. The objective of this module is to provide students with a critical understanding of appropriate commercial and contractual business issues related to managing projects. The module covers the ability to evaluate and assess commercial and contractual issues related to managing projects, utilize appropriate tools, techniques, and methods. Additionally, the module teaches students how to apply appropriate methods, tools, and techniques to develop and produce commercial and contractual plans. The assignment for this module is a critical reference research report on the current thinking on techniques used when tendering for a contract within a particular country and how a project manager manages the commercial and contract matters of large complex projects. The report should have a minimum of 8 academic literature references, with a good report having at least 16 references, and a really good report having more references. The Harvard referencing system must be used, and the report should be professional in nature, of high standard and quality, and 3000 words in length, excluding the reference citation list.
