Write a brief message to your instructor in which you outline an action plan for either developing your own creativity or fostering a greater level of creativity in your workplace. Be sure to include measurable goals. Some examples of measurable goals are:For an individual action plan:Once a week for the next three months, I will spend an hour practicing specific visualization and creativity techniques from "Leading Through Creativity" or the sources in the reading list.I will keep a journal of opportunities that arise for using my creative ability and how I respond to each opportunity (what the problem was, what technique(s) I applied to it, and what the results were).
