\nBusiness communication can either be internal, within an organization, or external, between organizations. It can also be between existing and potential customers. This assessment gives you the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in selected business communication methods, including an examination of the theoretical underpinnings of communication in an organization.<\/p>\n
