Be it Resolved by the U.S. House of Representatives that the following article is proposed as federal law under the jurisdiction of the United States of America, enforceable by Executive action.<\/p>\n
\u201cBe it enacted by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that:<\/p>\n
Section 1: What is the act going to do? Who is involved\/impacted\/affected by the act?<\/p>\n
Section 2: Where will be affected? All of the U.S.? Only certain areas?<\/p>\n
Section 3: How will the act be funded? Who is going to enforce or administer the act? Which government agency will oversee the bill?<\/p>\n
Section 4: Penalties (if any) for breaking the provisions of the act. Fines, prison time, etc.?<\/p>\n
Section 5: Enactment Date. When will the law go into effect?<\/p>\n
Section 6: Why is this act needed? Provide research and statistics to support your argument for implementing this act.<\/p>\n
Keep America\u2019s Carpets Safe
\nSection 1: What is the act going to do? Who is involved\/impacted\/affected by the act?
\nKeeping America carpet is an environmental means to protect and preserve American natural resources. The law will ensure the American law is used sustainably as opposed to being exploiting it. The law will affect all the Americans and especially business and manufacturer involved in the production.
\nSection 2: Where will be affected? All of the U.S.? Only in certain areas?
\nThe law will affect all parts of America and especially the natural resources, and the environment will be affected, for example, the forests and the wetlands.
\nSection 3: How will the act be funded? Who is going to enforce or administer the act? Which government agency will oversee the bill?
\nThe act will be funded through the environmental trust funds or the environmental legal Assistance fund. The Act will be enforced by both state and federal law enforcers. Environmental Protection Agency will oversee the implementation of the bill.
\nSection 4: Penalties (if any) for breaking the provisions of the act. Fines, prison time, etc.?
\nPenalties and fines should be enacted for any parties involved in the violation of the act. In this regards, people or organizations violating the law need to be exposed to monetary fines to the extent of their damage to the environment. Additionally, other punitive measures such as sanctions should be used to prevent further destruction of the environment.<\/p>\n
Section 5: Enactment Date. When will the law go into effect?
\nThe law needs to be enacted by the 1st of July 2020. The law would go into effect from the year 2021.
\nSection 6: Why is this act needed? Provide research and statistics to support your argument for implementing this act.
\nThe law is needed since people and institutions have consistently disregarded the environment. People continually exploit the environment as opposed to relating to it sustainably. Scientific report by 13 U.S. federal agencies argue that climate change as a result of the destruction of the environment to the point of destroying ten %of the American by the end of the century.
